Membership and Prepay Information
You will receive an email with full instructions immediately after joining. If you want to start training right away, simply download the GymMaster Member App and use the digital key on your phone to unlock the door. We will then email you as soon as your physical key tag is ready to be picked up at the office!
Our Prepaid Options (Day, Week, 1-Month, 3-Month) never auto-renew—they simply expire. Our Month-to-month Autopay memberships have a 3-month minimum commitment to help you stay consistent.
For our Visitor and Prepay options (Day, Week, 1-Month, and 3-Month passes), we accept Cash and Credit Cards. For our Regular, Senior, and Minor monthly memberships, a Credit Card must be kept on file for recurring billing. Please note that we accept all major cards except for American Express.
Yes! Our Family Add-ons require a 3-month initial commitment to lock in your discounted rate. After those first three months, you have total flexibility—you can remove family members from your plan or switch back to a Regular Individual Membership at any time by visiting the office.
Billing & Cancellations
To keep your 24/7 access seamless, all monthly memberships require an active credit or debit card on file. Your membership will automatically renew each month on your anniversary date until you choose to cancel.
If your card is declined, we offer a 7-day grace period to update your info. If a second attempt fails, your entry key will be blocked.
After your initial 3-month commitment, you can cancel at any time via the Member Portal or use the GymMaster App. Once completed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please note that our staff cannot process cancellations via phone or email; they must be done through your portal account for security and tracking.
We do not provide refunds for processed payments. To avoid being charged for the following month, you must cancel your subscription via the [Member Portal] at least 48 hours before your billing date. Keep in mind that if you fail to cancel properly or in a timely manner, there will NOT be any refunds provided.
